Wholesale Pattern Orders

Wholesale Physical copies:

Physical copies of patterns become available in half letter size booklets if: the pattern is short enough to meet booklet requirements plus >200 PDFs are sold within a calendar year, OR I received emails from >10 local quilt shops indicating interest in stocking the pattern. (Email MagickPatchworks@gmail.com)

If physical copies of a pattern are printed, wholesale is available at: 

  • Directly from me @ Magickpatchworks.com
  • 50% of pattern price + shipping
  • Minimum order is QTY 5 of each pattern
  • US Only

Wholesale distribution sites planned, but not currently available. 

Digital licenses

  • The purchase of a digital quilt pattern is for a single user, and may not be copied or redistributed. If you are looking to host a class or retreat you can pay for a license to either distribute via email or print the patterns for event attendees.
  • This option is strictly only available for group sewing events - not for resale of self-printed patterns, and is only valid for the event which is licensed to distribute and the number of people requested. 
  • 30% of pattern price (70% off)
  • Minimum QTY 20 of each pattern

Trunk Shows

Email MagickPatchworks@gmail.com if you are interested in displaying any original cover quilt samples in your LQS. 

Available samples: NONE

For shops within a 150 mile radius of Fredericksburg Virginia, I am happy to arrange a one day trunk show. I would bring my own freestanding display to show ~a dozen of my pieces, and will bring physical patterns. For each physical pattern sold, the LQS will receive a portion of the sale. There would be no obligation to the shop to stock patterns, or hang my samples. Shops would simply have to provide a ~8” x 5” floor space for my display, and advertise the trunk show up to the event.
